PittaS is a third-generation Cypriot cheesemaking company based in Nicosia, Cyprus. We produce traditional halloumi from 100% pasteurised Cypriot milk and export to retail, foodservice and wholesale partners across more than twenty countries. Our facility is ISO, HACCP and BRC certified.
